Refund against cancelled orders
Any cancellation request from sender after 2 hours of order placed, 10% will deducted (service charges) in Refund . For all the approved cancellations decided by Prince Card the order amount will be refunded in full
Partial-Refunds
In case of multiple items being ordered, if the delivery is not done for assured items, customers will be refunded against the non-delivered goods or services
